Only Educators and Educators with the Admin role have the ability to change and reset passwords. If you have a Student account, your Educator can reset your password for you.
If your email address is associated with your Educator or Educator with the Admin role account, you can use the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the Sign In screen, and Password Reset Instructions will be sent to you.
If your email address is not associated with your account, you will not be able to use this feature. Educator passwords can be reset by an Educator plus Admin user. You can also contact us and we will be happy to reset your password for you.
