Only Teacher, School, and District accounts have the ability to change and reset passwords. If you have a Student account, your Teacher can reset your password for you.
If your email address is associated with your Teacher, School Admin or District Admin account, you can use the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the Sign In screen, and Password Reset Instructions will be sent to you.
If your email address is not associated with your account, you will not be able to use this feature. Teacher passwords can be reset from the School Admin account and schools that are part of a District subscription can be reset from the District Admin account. You can also contact us and we will be happy to reset your password for you.
